SAS International is a leading building products manufacturer, producing award-winning interior fit out solutions since 1968. We manufacture a broad range of durable, sustainable and aesthetically-driven products, meeting international design, performance and integration requirements.

Being self-sufficient is integral to the SAS manufacturing process. We consider every aspect of this process, producing the highest quality products as sustainably and cost-effectively as possible. We fabricateour own tooling and maintain our own machinery, minimising lead times and maximising quality. SAS has a proud manufacturing heritage, establishing the industry benchmark and furthering the reputation of British manufacturing at its best.

SAS owns and operates three state of the art factories within the UK, manufacturing building products for our international customers. Our multi-site production capacity allows us to successfully supply the most ambitious scale projects internationally. Our continuous investment in
manufacturing facilities and technologies maintains our leadership status. We deploy leading manufacturing theory to ensure our people and processes are safe, efficient and cost-effective with minimal environmental impact. These factories are at the core of our approach and available for stakeholders to experience first-hand as a guided tour.

Each factory is ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 14001 (environmental management) and OHSAS 18001 (health and safety management) accredited.

Our quality control teams consist of experts in manufacturing design, materials, machining, and production processes. Constant communication between these experts ensures the highest quality standards are met and ‘SAS quality’ shipped at all times. Product Testing
