Perforated SAS720 and bespoke SAS600 ceilings feature in the new offices of Jazz Pharmaceuticals in Ireland. A refurbishment of the 1960s Waterloo Exchange building, the architectural choices of the interior reflect the Post-War Modernist era.
Installed by iFit Interiors, bespoke SAS600 rafts with an OB23 perforation were specified in the staff restaurant. Evoking space-age curves and layers, each overlapping module consists of five tiles with bespoke and alternating light apertures.
In the Reception area, a smaller oblong perforation OB19 continues across SAS720 linear profiles. A distinctive feature ceiling, the linear system adds an abstract geometric pattern using the different c-profile widths 75mm, 100mm and 150mm. Supplied with an acoustic black fleece, the perforations provide acoustic absorption not yet seen with the system.
Providing Class A absorption, a concealed grid SAS120 clip-in system was specified for the large, open plan office areas. In the heart of Ballsbridge, the office is well located near Grand Canal, Aviva Stadium and a variety of stylish cafes and restaurants.
