Standard Chartered Bank’s new office at 32 Molesworth Street in Dublin is located in the heart of the business district. The newly developed building is linked to the listed Georgian frontage on Molesworth Street and offers Grade A office space.
SAS International worked in collaboration with architect MCA and contractor T&I Fitouts with the delivery of 360m2 of sustainable ceiling solutions. Installed throughout the office space, hallways and reception areas, artistic demands were surpassed with the use of SAS720 and SAS150 systems.
The versatile SAS150 was specified for the office and meeting rooms to provide a secure, easy to maintain, concealed grid ceiling. This system also delivers ease of access to services with the use of a swing down tile. Offering a clean-finish, SAS150 features a seamless clip-in design.
SAS720 met the architect’s requirement for an aesthetically pleasing and striking linear ‘plank’ ceiling for the reception area and hallways. Robust and sturdy, SAS720 allows for service integration, offers significant creative flexibility and masks M&E services. Manufactured in RAL 9003, this bright white system adds an outstanding appearance to any building.
The office was nominated for Fit Out Project of the Year – Small Office over €500K at the annual Fit Out Awards. It has also been awarded LEED Gold Standard certification for its sustainable design.
